Nearly 6,000 university and vocational school students participated in the survey, evaluating employers primarily based on equal treatment of employees, a motivating environment, and career opportunities. The recognition was presented at the Attractive Employers Day.
"This recognition shows that we are firmly on the right path – shaping Harno into an organization where every employee feels that their contribution matters, that they can be themselves, and realize their full potential. At Harno, we believe that our greatest asset is our people, each individual and the entire team together," said Liina Kanter, a member of Harno's management, when accepting the recognition. "Being in the top three is a significant achievement for a young, only four-year-old organization, and it gives us the motivation to continue our great mission as a team – to make the world a smarter place."
"At Harno, we are constantly working to be the best employer, the best place for internships, and the best partner. We are happy that young people are interested in Harno and want to use their skills here. In addition to work experience, we are also happy to offer internships, and we welcome everyone interested to reach out," said Katrina Laurson-Suurna, Head of Employee Experience at Harno.
